Who We Are and What We Do

Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient
We have developed a standard outpatient program and an intensive outpatient program that are certified by the State of Alaska and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facility (CARF). These two programs are recognized by the Court System, Department of Corrections, Employers and many others. In an effort to provide services to the community, we have developed a sliding  fee scale that you may apply for. The programs are covered by many insurance plans and other third party payers. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Please contact Susan York for details.

Alcohol Drug Information School
This class is designed for clients that need to fulfill a court-ordered alcohol/drug information class, though non-court order clients are welcome to attend. The class is held several times a month (please call for dates and times). Currently, the class is held over a 3 day period, for four hours each day. You will be provided with a certificate of completion. Cost of this class is $135 pre-paid or $150 at time of class. If you have any questions, please contact Susan York or Rich Gustafson, MS, CADC I.

Alcohol or other Substances Assessments
Being a CERTIFIED treatment  facility, we can provide you an assessment that will be accepted by the Court System, Department of Corrections, Employers, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, and just about any one else! You will need to fill out all of our questionnaire and prepay prior to actually scheduling an appointment for your interview. Please call Susan York for details.
